    Depends on the scripting behind it, whether or not it's an AOE or an AI node path.

    I've already looked into the technicalities of moding lights, and it is a huge hassle, because modding the lights are not the problem, it's what it does to the AI when you want them to act accordingly, hence why I've asked this as a law thing....

    I suppose you could also change some lights to stop-signs maybe..... we'd just have NPCs waiting strangely... but still a law change is easier
