Medal of Honor Recipients

RipplyTiger151 has worn many hats during his tenure as leadership here at EdgeGamers. After a brief hiatus, he returned to help create the tools necessary for EGO to begin supporting Great Theft Auto. After tremendous growth and many successes in GTA, he was asked to return to his home turf of Member Services, and he didn’t hesitate. It is because of his experience, dedication, and appetite for success that we are proud to present RipplyTiger151 with the Medal of Honor.

For almost 11 years now, Summer has been doing whatever she can to help make EdgeGamers a better place. Whether it’s being apart of or leading our various events teams or furthering the development of the Grand Theft Auto Server, Summer is always at the helm, usually losing lots of sleep in the pursuit of perfection. We know that we will not be able to thank her fully for the impact she’s had on EdgeGamers and her unwavering dedication to the community, but we hope this Medal of Honor is a good start.

In the summer of 2018, EdgeGamers began merging with Prestige Gaming. Through the merger, we would gain a whole new crop of members, servers, and experiences. Arbiter, as part of the PG leadership team, was offered a leadership role within the EGO Media Team. Arbiter wasted no time showing EGO what he could do. He would begin building an entire team from the ground up. The public face of EGO has benefited greatly from Arbiter’s ingenuity and leadership. We look forward to watching the Media Team continue to evolve under Arbiter’s direction and for that, we are proud to present him with the Medal of Honor.

Mayhem Death
Mayhem Death, or Jake as we know him, has been with EdgeGamers for 11 years. During a rough moment in EdgeGamers history, he stepped into the leadership team to lead the events program for Counter-Strike, taking on the challenge headfirst. Jake became an integral part of EGO, leading CS to many successes and overcoming many obstacles. As the Community Manager, Jake has continued to shape the game and indeed the community, through his leadership and level headed decision making, even as CS:GO went free to play and brought on a whole new plethora of challenges. It has been a pleasure watching Jake grow within EGO and truly an honor to present him with the Medal of Honor.

Michael Bolton
Michael Bolton has been a friendly and familiar face in EdgeGamers since 2012. It is through his dedication that Garry’s Mod survived with EGO for as long as it did. He has held many leadership roles during his team here at EGO and even now continues to put his blood, sweat, and tears into EdgeGamers. Even though Garry’s Mod is no longer one of our supported games, Michael Bolton continues to make EdgeGamers a community where our members can enjoy themselves, and it is for that, along with his dedication and hard work, that we bestow Michael Bolton with the Medal of Honor.
