Looking Forward: 2019

Since a new year is well on it’s way, it’s always good to reflect on the past.

In 2018, we had many significant changes in our community, with each change improving one aspect of the community or another. From the pG-eGO merger, the closing of some beloved TF2 servers, losing a very special ComMgr, the explosion in popularity of our GTA servers, and much, much more. 2019 will build on what we’ve accomplished in 2018. So here’s a look at what you should expect in the next few months:

Jailbreak 2: Many moons ago, Jailbreak, the gamemode you know and love today, was forged from the fires of gods. It has been almost three years since the core of Jailbreak was created, and it seems like now is a good time to improve it. Jailbreak 2 is currently being developed by Tech Team. No release date is yet to be announced. Jailbreak 2 will have new LR features, a new warden plugin, and much, much more. Stay tuned for an interview with Drewerth where Arbiter will be diving into some of the new features.

Donor Perks: Leadership is currently exploring new incentives for our wonderful Donors. We are testing out some ideas within our TeamSpeak as well as some in-game features. While we can’t currently give too much information, we will have a post about Donor feedback in mid-February.

GTA Server Improvements: The GTA server recently went through a wipe and with this wipe, came a bounty of new features. These include: new vehicles, jobs, an update to the police roster and arsenal, and much more. While the server is already greatly established, it continues to go through updates, and 2019 is sure to be its best year.

These are just a few things that are actively being worked on. Leadership recently met and has outlined continuing goals for 2019.

We will have much more in store for everyone soon. Lets make 2019 great!
