Community Spotlight Update

A new procedure for handling Community Spotlight is being put into place.

On the 10th of every month, a public poll will be posted which all =(e)= or higher can vote on. The following questions will be on the poll:
Who are you nominating?

How does this person stand out in the Community?

What do they contribute to the Community?

What is your eGO username?

The poll will close on the 20th.
On the 23rd Community Management will come together and select the top 3 vote receipts. From the three, one will be selected by Leadership.

Awards for Community Spotlight:
1 Month of Dedicated Supporter
Community Spotlight Award
Custom tag in TeamSpeak: “Community Spotlight”
Custom rank in Discord “Community Spotlight”
Added to the website’s “Community Spotlight Wall of Fame” page under “Community”

One vote per member. (IE: I can only vote once)
You must be at least an =(e)= to vote. (IE: Non =(e)=s cannot vote)
All votes without a name will be deleted. (IE: Votes must include username)
No voting under other usernames (IE: I cannot vote as “Player B” when I am “Player A”)
Leadership cannot vote on the first poll (IE: Arbiter cannot vote on the first public poll)
You cannot ask a member to vote for you (IE: I cannot ask Hotdogs to vote for me)
Once a user has been selected as “Community Spotlight”, they are ineligible to obtain it again for one year.
Leadership are ineligible to obtain Community Spotlight.
