Lazer did a fantastic job of leading in the face of some issues (drunkenness ensued) and ensured that all of us had a great time with eGO.

With that said, thank you to the squad leaders for sticking with your CO and taking back Tumas (against the odds, for two damn hours). Along with this, thank you for sticking by us when we decided to perform a more than ridiculous Galaxy plunge into the crown during the Indar alert.

Platoon actions like tonight reminded me of why eGO is such a fantastic community. We may be lighthearted, but we sure as hell play hard. Hell, we almost took all of Amerish BY OURSELVES. Bravo guys, I look forward to doing the same thing tomorrow!

I'm currently running a Q9950 @2.83GHz with 8 gigs of DDR2 RAM with an AMD 6970. My performance goes from barely acceptable down to about 8 FPS at the drop of a hat.. yes I've done all the optimizations that the forums and Google have revealed.

I'm looking at getting a 3570K @3.4Ghz with 8 gigs of DDR3 and keeping my 6970.
